Welcome to your online resource for living uninsured. Whether by choice or necessity, if you do not have medical insurance, you should not be alone. There is a world of people just like you and here is your one stop spot for all the resources and information that you need in order to survive without something that many take for granted. Look here to share tips, information, resources, and other information. I created this site because at many times I have been uninsured. This has either been to starting a business, suffering through an economic downtrend, being temporarily unemployed, or living overseas. I think a community like this is so important to the millions of real people that simply cannot afford insurance or do not have it for any reason.

Too busy to post my entire story today, but please check it out when I do.
Thanks,

We all need more information on where to go, what to do and how we can get care when we need it. Blessedly I am VERY healthy so I go to a clinic just for a yearly flu shot and I went to my doctor for one prescription a year. Now I will just get the doctor at the clinic to refill it as long as I need it.
Plz.stayhealthy said… Already ranted and raved a little bit! Looking forward to hearing from others. It's a terrible thing in this day and age and in a supposedly civilized country we don't get adequate healthcare even with insurance! How can an Insurance company be allowed to tell a Dr. he doesn't need to do certain procedures on his patients, or tell a hospital certain procedures are not allowed, and it goes on and on? Everyone is so worried about the government telling them what they can and can't do, but I guess it's OK for an Insurance Company to do so?? Come on people!
