Well, actually you can have the card even if you don't spread the word now.  If you can use it or you know someone who can use it. it's yours.  We figure that when you actually use it and see the savings, you'll be inclined to tell your BFFs anyway.

We purchased a license to this card because it doesn't require any sign up or need for personal information.  Most cards want some personal info...,your name, address, phone number, email address, SS number, etc.  The numbers on the card are the same for everyone.  They identify us and our license to offer the card, but never you.  This card should keep working as long as we keep our license valid and the issuing company (HealthTrans) continues to offer the card.
